At Hearing Aid Specialists Sth East Qld, we offer adjustments and hearing device repairs for all manufactures available in Australia.

Hearing Device Repairs

Hearing device users understand the concern when their device stops working efficiently. At Hearing Aid Specialists Sth East Qld, all our staff members are trained in hearing device troubleshooting and can even fix the issue in-store when possible. However, with hearing devices being very advanced equipment, it may not be possible for repairs to be conducted in-store. Rather, we will send it to the manufacturer for repair.

Hearing Device Warranty

All hearing devices purchased from our clinic come with a full three-year manufacturer warranty. This warranty means that there is no cost for the repair of your hearing device. However, once your device is outside of the three-year period, a small fee will apply for the repair (a quote will always be given in this case).

In-House Repair Options

Even if you have not purchased your hearing devices from our clinic, we are still able to look at your device and will attempt to fix the issue in-house. If the device does require further investigation from the manufacturer, we can send your hearing device out for repair on your behalf. A small repair fee may apply in this case (a quote will always be given in this case).

Hearing Device Adjustments

If your hearing device is purchased from us at Hearing Aid Specialists Sth East Qld, you will never be charged for any adjustments or appointments. All of our hearing devices include this service and we do not believe in charging customers extra for customer service.

If you currently have hearing devices and did not purchase them from us, we can still make adjustments for a small fee. You will need to bring in an audiogram with your most current test so we can make the adjustments. If you do not have an audiogram, you need to have your hearing tested. We are able to program all hearing device brands sold in Australia. Those sold overseas may not be able to be programmed in Australia.
